360 Operator – Solar Farm Project (Plymouth Area)
Location: Near Plymouth
Start Date: December 2025 (TBC)
Duration: Up to 3 months
Rate: £20 – £21 per hour CIS (paid weekly)
Morva Recruitment are seeking an experienced 360 Operator for a solar farm project based near Plymouth.
Previous experience working on solar farms would be beneficial, but is not essential. Applicants must have valid tickets and be confident operating safely and efficiently on site.
Requirements:

Valid CPCS/NPORS 360 Operator card

Full PPE to be worn on site

Proven reliability and good attitude to work
There is also the potential for ongoing work on another solar project once this one finishes.
