Electrical Supervisor
Morva Recruitment is seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor on behalf of a leading company in the offshore renewables and marine infrastructure sector. This is an excellent Permanent opportunity to lead a small dynamic team, work on innovative projects, and contribute to a sustainable future.
The Role:
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise electrical installation and maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth operations of offshore equipment and systems.
- Work closely with engineers and teams to develop and upgrade equipment.
- Occasionally travel internationally to support global operations – 2/3 days at a time.
Requirements:
- Qualified Electrician with an industrial or marine background.
- Essential certifications: Approved apprenticeship, City & Guilds Level 3, and 18th Edition.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
- Strong knowledge of 3-phase systems, motors, and generators.
- Full UK driving license.
- Desirable: C&G 2391 and experience with project planning.
